State police Bureau of Criminal Investigations arrested Chong Yon Killian, 46, for promoting prostitution. She was arraigned by District Judge Michael Dotzel in Wilkes-Barre Township and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail.
More charges are expected in the ongoing investigation at Elite Spa and Massage on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard.
According to the criminal complaint:
State police said a man entered Elite Spa with the intent to receive a massage just after 11 a.m. Thursday. He was escorted by a woman, identified as Killian, to a room where he paid $70.
Killian left the room and quickly returned saying her name is “Michelle.” She asked him what he wanted for which he replied, “something quick.”
Killian accepted $30 from the man and performed a sex act on him, the criminal complaint says.
State police said the $70 was for the alleged sex act and $30 was considered a tip.
After the sex act, troopers served a search warrant at the business finding three women to be working and residing in the building. Killian and another woman, who has not been charged, admitted to state police they perform sex acts for money, according to the criminal complaint.
State police said the $100 given to Killian was recovered from a bank bag in the spa’s kitchen.
