An open casting call for The CW Network‚??s ‚??America‚??s Next Top Model‚?Ě will be held at The Shoppes at Montage in Moosic, Jan. 3 from 2 to 7 p.m.

In Cycle 20, for the first time, male models will be added to the group of contestants competing for the title of America's Next Top Model.

Also in Cycle 20, viewers will continue to have a direct impact on the competition by voting for their favorite models though social media, helping decide who gets eliminated and who stays in the running. The contestants will vie for a prize package that will launch their modeling careers.

Casting directors are looking for females and males, ages 18 to 27, of diverse backgrounds, shapes, sizes and with a minimum height requirement of 5‚??7‚?Ě for women and 5‚??10‚?Ě for men.

Northeast PA‚??s The CW, WSWB, has had two girls from our area make it to the show premiere. Brittani Kline of Beach Creek was named the winner of America‚??s Next Top Model Cycle 16 after she came to the casting call held back in July 2010. Nastasia Scott from East Stroudsburg University became the fourth runner-up in the latest Cycle 19 College Edition that recently aired when she was discovered at a casting call held March 8, 2012.

As part of The CW‚??s on-going strategy to increase the amount of original summer programming on the network, Cycle 20 will debut in summer 2013 with a specific premiere date to be announced at a later time.
