Senior students from Old Forge High School recently sponsored a Volleyball tournament to honor the memory of Ava Gioe.

The girl's senior project was to benefit the Miracle for Ava foundation for the cure of Pediatric Brain Cancer.

Senior organizers were : Chelsea Cadwalder, Mariah Kresefski, Jeneva Macavage, Kristin Peitryka, Kimberly Regan and Samantha Talarico.

Faculty advisor: Kathleen Nycz. The Volley ball tournament and concession sales raised $900 in this inaugural event.
