Xerox announced Tuesday that it will fill about 150 new positions by the end of the year at its customer service center on Moosic Mountain. The jobs are primarily customer care positions for health care providers, said spokesman Bill McKee.

Hiring has begun, McKee said, and employees will be added as training space allows. He said new employees undergo extensive training.

He would not disclose pay rates, saying only they would be competitive and a range of benefits would be offered.
